Coffee Subscription – Brew Perfect Box

If you do a quick Google search for coffee subscriptions you’ll get quite a few results.

And I think that’s a good thing.

It seems in the past couple of years, coffee roasters offering subscriptions, and independent subscription services have really taken off, and with good reason. You the roaster/subscription service are guaranteed a financial commitment from the customer on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis (depending on what they signed up for). And you the customer get coffee delivered right to your doorstep, you don’t even have to leave the house!

Essentially it’s a win-win for everyone.

IMG_0475So when the team at Brew Perfect Box reached out to me to ask if I would be interested to try out their subscription service, it was an easy YES from me. But perhaps not for the reason you think.

You see, Calgary is an amazing city, and there are so many amazing coffee roasters here that I love to support. I wouldn’t consider myself a lazy person, so the thought of actually leaving my home to go purchase coffee doesn’t bother me…and in fact I really like visiting my local cafes. I love to chat with the baristas and roasters to hear more about what coffees they currently have in stock.

No, you see the reason I was excited to connect up with Brew Perfect Box is, as some of you know, I grew up in Vancouver and its a city that I am still quite fond of. Especially the coffee scene. Sadly, you just can’t get many of Vancouver’s best coffee roasters here in Calgary. Apparently those giant Rocky Mountains just get in the way of all the good coffee from making its way out here. And since moving away almost a decade ago, Vancouver’s coffee scene has continued to blow up (in the good way). And I miss it.

Brew Perfect Box curates some of the best specialty coffee roasters from the Vancouver area. Many other subscription services (that are awesome) offer customers an assortment of roasters from across Canada & North America (and that’s fine)… but for me, I loved that Brew Perfect Box’s focus is exclusively on Vancouver. And can you blame them?

Their current roaster rotation features coffee from:

And I hear that possibly more coffee roasters might be added in the near future!

So how does it work?

Well I could spend a bunch of time tell you here on this blog, but you’re better off clicking HERE and that will take you directly to the Brew Perfect Subscription page.

If you want to just try it out month to month, you just need to make a few key choices and it’s all set up.

  1. Chose your flavour profile (Fruity & Complex) or (Bold & Rich) or if you like living life on the edge you can always select (Barista’s Choice).
  2. Next you select the number of bags per order (2, 3, or 4). Brew Perfect is one of the few subscription services that I know that allows you to customize the number of bags per order.
  3. And lastly, you select the frequency (bi-monthly or monthly).

And that’s it.

PRE-PAID SUBSCRIPTION OPTION

If you want to do a 3, 6 or 12 month pre-paid subscription click HERE

It’s basically the same process as the month to month, but you’ll always get 2 bags (once per month).

Shipping is FREE if you live in British Columbia. It’s a flat fee of $7.50 everywhere else in Canada. BUT…just because I love my fellow Albertans and everyone in Canada for that matter, I have a promo code for you!

Enter THEBLOOM2020 at checkout and you too will get 20% off your subscription for 2 months (that’s actually better than free shipping.) So why not try it out for a couple of months! I know you’re gonna love it.

If you’re looking to make a change to how you get your hands on specialty coffee in 2020, I would definitely suggest checking out Brew Perfect Box and enjoy some of the BEST coffee roasters that Vancouver has to offer.

Stay Caffeinated,

Tyler
