So my wife & I booked flights down to Texas in June (yeah I know, it’s gonna be hot) for 
our 15th anniversary. She’s beyond stoked to hit up Magnolia Market in Waco, and I’m beyond stoked to hit up a number of coffee shops…and chow down on some epic Texas BBQ!
The only other time I’ve been to Texas was for a 3 hour layover in Houston on route to Cost Rica. So safe to say I really haven’t been to Texas before. So for those of you who have been, what’s good for coffee?
We’re hitting up Dallas, Waco, Austin & San Antonio! I’d love to check out places that are roasting their own beans, but I’m also down to check out other places that would be on your “must-visit” list. I’m super pumped for this trip, and being a bit a-type I’ve already begun to plan our time there.
I’ve got a few places already on my radar, but I’d love to know what you’ve enjoyed. You can expect an in-depth post after the trip, that’s for sure.

Tyler! Just found this blog and have to say I am loving it! I am just a young buck at 73 years of age but still travel around the USA everywhere. I was born in Texas; about 20 miles out of San Antonio. I currently am living in Portland, Oregon to be with my kids and grandkids, as well as my wife of 50 years this June! Listen when you go to San Antonio you have to give Indy Coffee Delivery a try and since it will be hot make sure to grab an iced coffee or a dirty brown, both my go to’s when I can make it out that way. It is a truly beautiful spot, I hope you enjoy it when you go. Congrats on 15 years with your wife; just remember that she is always right, so do what makes her happy haha! Have a great night!
