This morning I had just brewed the last of my beans, and so was I ever excited to see this deal pop up on my Instagram feed. One of the things that I really like about Rosso is that they offer free delivery in Calgary over $25. So I should expect to get my freshly roasted coffee delivered right to my front door tomorrow, just in time for the weekend.
I’m really excited to brew up some of the RWANDAN RUGALI NATURAL. If there’s one thing to know about me, is that I LOVE naturally processed coffees. They are so sweet and fruity, and are always great to brew for friends who aren’t familiar with specialty coffee.
I also grabbed a bag of coffee from the MYIN DWIN region of Myanmar. I have never experienced coffee from this region and the story of it sounds incredible. I love that Rosso really works hard to provide a significant amount of information about their coffee’s and the farmers that grow it.
My final coffee will be for espresso. I grabbed a bag of HUNAPU from Guatemala and from the story about it sounded like it would be a really tasty option. I’m really excited to get brewing all of these beans in the days to come. I’ll make sure to share my thoughts on these in a future blog.
